How do we provide 24 hour access without compromising on the security?

We have achieved this by investing in the most up to date systems that allow us to have personalised access-controlled entry and individually alarmed units at our storage centre in Newbury. When a customer uses their personal access to get into the security gate and entrance, it not only grants them access to the building, it also deactivates the alarm on their own unit, protecting other customers' belongings. If there is ever a problem out of office hours, we will have a security company who will respond in a matter of minutes.
