Direct advertising via the Students’ Union to students at the UEA, and a straight forward student pricing structure took the pressure off during the exam period and we saw a steady stream of students move in for the summer break.

Typically the summer months are busy in Self Storage for house movers with a short term requirement, and this year in Norwich has been no different. Alongside that there has also been a rise in ‘lifestyle storers’ who just need that extra bit of space in their life year round. Listening to feedback from customers, a pricing structure which rewards long term customers has been key to this growth. Up to 40% discount and a promise not to increase prices for at least a year. It has been a winner.
